Yes you can. I think the box should include the separate attachment for steaming. I might be mistaken about that but yes you can definitely steam veggies on the instant pot.

Yes, but you have to purchase the steamer insert separately. The steamer basket does not come with the product.

Yes, but it would be sooooooo much simpler to just use a steamer basket in a saucepan on the stove.
