“I just bought this Instant Vortex Plus 10 quarts air fryer oven and I tried all the 6 smart programs (airfryer,roast,broil,bake,dehydrate and reheat) and I noticed that the air fryer, fan on top always on knowing the air fryer is on. Is this normal?”

• Hello NJman. Thanks for reaching out! The Vortex Plus is an air fryer/convection oven, therefore the fan will always be on when in use.
