Comes with thermal paste preapplied to bottom of cooler. Does not come with a tube of paste.

The fan comes with a small amount of paste pre-installed on the bottom of the assembly. For most purposes, this is sufficient but if you are over-clocking may consider thermal paste and/or a better CPU fan.

No, you do not need to purchase thermal paste as it is already applied on the CPU fan base.

All cpu coolers(one is included with this) that arent used will typically come with thermal paste pre applied so you dont need to get any, but i do beleive it comes with some just incase.
