• It's the same program, one's a download, one's a disk, newer computers might not have a disk drive, a download might be a little cheaper and convenient. I bouht a disk this time because I was in a Best Buy store.

• I use it because it does an audit scan to let me know if I made any mistakes that m might trigger and audit. The software also has all the most recent tax laws and ask you important questions. Sometimes, it finds deductions that I didn't know existed.
