You should be able to use TurboTax on your High Sierra Mac if you can install Parallels and run Mojave as a virtual OS. I am going to try this because I want to wait to upgrade until the new MacBook Pro M1-based machines come out later this year.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Jeff, with the 2020 version of TurboTax, they no longer support High Sierra. So if you cannot upgrade MAC OS on you Mac, then you cannot use the 2020 desktop Turbo Tax. I had a perfectly fine iMac (27 in, mid-2011) on High Sierra, and replaced it (with the new M1 Mac Mini) only because I wanted to use 2020 desktop TurboTax.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No their error. They gave mid represented product. They have a dos version and a Mac version. Then they have this version that they say will work on either but that is not correct. If they don’t know their products, they shouldn’t be selling them
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t actually know if TurboTax is Mac OS specific. I never had this issue because I have always updated the OS on my Macs. Unless you have a legacy product that no longer updates, I recommend updating. You can always go to TurboTax forums and dig down to see other experiences. Good luck to ya.
