I used it on the exact keyboard and mouse combo. It takes a second or two to register to the active pc, but it does work. Fast switching between PCs will cause a lag issue and may freeze the device for a minute or two.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, You must use wired mouse and KB
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.KVM switches need a reliable continuous connection between the controller in the keyboard or mouse and itself. A wireless usb repeater for both won’t work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just read through the manual. It does mention 'wired' keyboard and mouse, but it doesn't specifically say that wireless is *not* supported or causes an issue. However, it DOES support USB hubs! The manual shows how you can add other USB devices (such as printers or storage) by attaching them to the hub, and then connecting the hub to one of the USB inputs on the switch. Hopefully someone with direct experience using wireless KB/mouse will answer, but I'm not sure how the switch would care so long as it's communicating to a USB device. Here's the full info on the device, including an 800 number for questions. Hope that helps. https://www.iogear.com/product/GCS62HU/
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.IOGEAR says : The GCS2HU is an emulated HDMI KVM so there is no guarantee it will work with wireless keyboards unless it is an IOGEAR brand. There are work around for other brand and non standard keyboards and mice .
