QuestionI can't seem to pair my turntable to my Samsung 2.1 Bluetooth soundbar. I've tried with both devices close together and in pairing mode and it doesn't work. I've connected to my bose speaker just fine. Has anyone else had this problem?

- Answer I have one of these turntables bought about a year ago that pairs with my Samsung sound bar easily. I bought this turntable this Christmas for my grandson and it will not pair with their sound bar with bluetooth. Actually returned one turntable and got a different one. Neither one connected to their sound bar.

QuestionHi, i bought the Ion air LP, and yesterday it worked perfectly. The vinyl finished and we let it like that. This morning we turned the Vinyl to listen the other side, but the level is blocked! How can i unblock it?

QuestionI bought the ICT06RS 78 RPM Stylis to play my 78 records. However, my 78 records are made of shellac, not vinyl and are heavier. The manual states for vinyl 78s. I would like to play these shellac records but am concerned they may damage the unit.

- Answer yes, it should be compatible with any bluetooth 3.0 or better. Have not heard of any incompatibility issues yet with this turntable.

- Answer Yes, this turntable plugs directly into an electrical outlet. The adapter is small and does not "hog" a conventional outlet. There is still enough room to plug in something else.

- Answer No software needed. This is NOT a USB out for recording on to your computer type tunrtable. It plays either over conventional speakers (with an AMP) or via headphones (standard jack) or over Bluetooth to a a Bluetooth speaker.

QuestionWhat is the stylus number and cartridge number for this model? Does the stylus flip over to play 78rpm records? 78rpm records require a different needle. If the needle doesn't flip what is the stylus number to switch to 78rpm?

- Answer The cartridges do not flip. For 33's and 45's you'll want to use the included CZ-800 cartridge. For 78's ION recommends their own ICT06RS.
