I am using this in a 2019 Ford Explorer. Normal Sync, not the Sync 3. It works but is not ideal. You will have to connect via blue tooth, the USB cord provided will not work like that, it can be used to power the unit. Shame on Ford for not installing a CD player in these cars. The CD player will have to be connected blue tooth each time the car is turned off, which is sort of a pain. It can be a trick to connect the blue tooth also, took me a while to get the hang of it. Also, the CD player would not recognize a few CD's for whatever reason, or would not recognize a certain track on a CD, very frustrating. However, it beats not being able to listen to a CD at all. Sound quality is ok.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the USB on this device is for charging, and not sync. This CD player will connect with any AD2P capable bluetooth receiver. Check with the manufacturer of your car stereo for compatibility.
