- Answer You can link it to another Bluetooth. These things are awesome because they are solar powered we have had them for a few weeks and have not had to charge them once

QuestionMybspeak says it is connected and the music plays but there is really really loud static like noise as well. What could this be?

- Answer Maybe Bluetooth is too far away? Our speakers get static when we accidentally move our phones too far away from the speaker.

QuestionI own two of these and love them. I have noticed that occasionally the "slave" speaker will drop out for a second or two then come back on. I tried relocating the speaker, moving it closer to the master but that had no effect. Thoughts?

- Answer Hi! Happy to help! The Bluetooth or wireless signal could be interrupted briefly depending on the environment. Try to avoid placing objects between the speakers or the Bluetooth device. Any distance or other interruption to the Bluetooth signal could also cause the wireless connection between the speakers to be interrupted.

QuestionI have a Bose iPod player that I can hook my iPhone up to to play pandora or my music .. are these speakers compatible with my iPhone while it is connected to the Bose player/speaker

- Answer I think you can only be Bluetooth connected to one device. So if you are connected to the rock speaker(s), you have to disconnect from the Bose.

QuestionWe bought two last year. This year both batteries will not charge. How long is they warranty for them? We did not get extra warranty.

- Answer I bought 2 last year also. They were great. I did not leave then in the rain, wind, sleet or hail. I stored them in my home in the original box. This year only 1 charges, and then just enough for 2 songs. Being a music lover, I am terribly disappointed. But they were good while they lasted. :(

- Answer Hi! Happy to help! The power adapter in the US is 15V DC, 2000mA, center-positive. A power adapter will be provided in the box with the speaker.

QuestionWill you have to turn each speaker on every time you use it or will they go onto a sleep mode when not in use? If I am using 3, will they have to be linked every time I turn them on?

- Answer Yes you have to turn them each on manually every time. As long as you are using the same Bluetooth device each time (which I do), the speaker automatically connects itself when turned on. The linked speakers automatically link with the main when turned on too. They will turn off after not being played for a certain amount of time. If you turn off the main speaker manually, the linked speakers also turn off.

QuestionHas anyone experienced that 1 speaker is louder and clearer than the other when linked? I bought 2 speakers and it doesn't seem to matter which one is the master speaker, the linked one is louder and clearer.

- Answer Yes as long as your Alexa device has Bluetooth. I connect mine to an echo dot with battery pack. So I can tell Alexa what kind of music to play or volume level without getting out of my pool.

Questioninstruction manual states speakers should not be exposed to temps >90 degrees F. In Phoenix daily summer high temps exceed 90 F for months - what is the expected impact of this on the speaker? I presume it will reduce battery life?

- Answer I live in Phoenix and have these. I’ve only had them a month so I can’t say long term how they will do but so far so good. It has been in the 100s lately and I have these sitting on my rocks in direct sun around my pool. I haven’t had any problems so far. I assume they won’t last as long though in the long run. But I like them so much, if they last a couple years, I’ll be happy and just buy again to replace.

- Answer No there is no 3.5 mm cable output. Speaker just runs off your Bluetooth Capable device.
