• Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Please be sure you are connecting to the profile that does not include _BLE, that is only for connecting with the Ion Audio Sound XP app. Another technique to try is to make sure that no one else is currently connected to the device, then hold down the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds. Once you are sure you are the only person with Bluetooth enabled in the immediate vicinity, turn the Sport XL off, then forget the Sport XL profile from your phone, then turn Bluetooth back on your phone, and finally turn the speaker back on. It should immediately go into pairing mode and find the phone pretty easily.
