“How do you make an appt for battery replacement? I tried to book a geeksquad appt and they told me to use an apple site to make battery appt. whats the site to use? Thx”

Login to Apple.com with your apple id. Browse to service section where in you can select your product that you want to get serviced and choose In-store appointment. A map will shown in result where Apple store and other service outlets like bestbuy are listed. Book your appointment based on choices there. If Bestbuy - Geek Squad centre is near, it will be listed otherwise not.
