“Will best buy replace a battery for an iphone 11 xr if it doesn’t have the genuine apple battery? I bought the a battery that is not an apple battery, took to shop to get replaced. I’m not happy with it as it doesn’t allow me to use my face ID, etc.”

Best Buy can’t actually replace batteries themselves, they just tell you that to get you in the store. They have to send it off to Apple and leave you without a phone for several days.
