• Nope, they wont. They'll say that Apple wont let them do it.

• The 80% rule is only if it’s covered under Apple Care. I had mine replaced at 84%.

• I was told that no, they would not replace it. But when I asked an Apple employee about this Geek Squad policy, they said they should have replaced it if you wanted to spend the money to replace it, despite the battery percentage remaining. Someone needs to get their story straight or get the policy changed.

• No. They don't recommend it. My phone is at 82%. These businesses are geared towards obsolescence
