QuestionI have satellite WiFi, not good service. The iRobot’s vacuum quit working after a week. I had to get a different model that worked without the Smart Navigation. Is there an iRobot mop that works without the navigation system?

- Answer The Braava 380t doesn't actually use WiFi to navigate, so it shouldn't matter how your service is working. The only mopping robot that uses WiFi connectivity is the Braava jet m6. - Answer The differences between these item is that the Braava jet 240 is specifically designed for small spaces and the Braava 380t can cover larger areas.

QuestionIf you are away during the day and your pet urines on your porcelain tile will this just spread the irons or clean it up?

- Answer That depends upon your cloth that is on the Braava. If you use a microfiber and the proper cleaning solution, it will take up the pet urine. Definitely, you should blot up the wet spot first. This is not a shampooer and it does not suck up solution.

QuestionI have the Mint 5200. Will any radial cord that fits charge it? I did try one I bought at best buy, but the red indicator light didn't blink but just stayed lit. Thanks!

- Answer It will transition well. We have a pretty steep jump between hardwood and tile kitchen. It went over it well

- Answer The instructions that came with it say it's best on smooth surfaces so it doesn't snag the cloth.
