No, there is no velcro, the connection uses a large tab that is unique to the model. Swiffer pads are also the wrong size and also far too thin. The pads on the M6 are much thicker. There are reusable/washable dry and wet pads available from iRobot sold by Best Buy that can cap your need for the replacement pads. Now be advise that iRobot makes washable cloth for this device and they can be purchase from them directly or here at BestBuy. Maybe in the near future someone will come up with an attachment who knows. Hope this was helpful!
