A:AnswerIt depends... the disposable pads are intended for one-time use only. The washable pads can be cleaned and reused several times, generally for months although it depends on the type of debris.
A:AnswerHi TJ - Yes, there are reusable pad options for the Braava jet m6. You want item #4632811 which gives you two washable pads: one for wet mopping and one for dry sweeping. Your robot will be able to automatically select the right cleaning mode once you attach the iRobot pad you want.
A:AnswerIrobot says not to use any other cleaner solution than theirs. I use water, and spray a little Bona directly on any spills or stains I happen to see on my hardwood floors. But this bot has problems with transitions between my hardwood and tile floors, would not recommend buying this bot.
A:AnswerIt is both, i have mine plugged into 220-240. Almost useless if you have divider strips between your rooms or floor types. I have to move it from room to room.
Cannot go over anything over 3mm. Seems to be mainly built to avoid carpets, instead of for mopping floors. I have to move it over ten times to do all my rooms.
Will be looking more closely at the Roborock vacuum/mop. It says it can go over 2cm-3cm I would not recommend buying this bot.
A:AnswerNo, I don't think so, because the pads have a square on them that you have to slide up on the mop to get it to start. Without that square in place the mop says add pad.
A:AnswerYes, I have been very pleased with it on my tile. I also have hardwood and interlocking floor and have been pleased with how it works. You can choose the amount of water that you want it to spray to clean. I use more spray on my porcelain tile than I do my other flooring. It feels very clean after running!
A:AnswerWe love it! It does not pick up anything as it is not a vacuum cleaner. You can use it as a dry or a wet mop. All you have to do is to stick the dry mop pad to the bottom and let it clean, the hair and other dust get stuck to the static pad as it goes around. Best way to use is to run your vacuum robot first and let this mop go around cleaning with a wet pad.
I am not sure about the wheels...looks like it is poorly built!
A:AnswerYou can use your iPhone to operate the Braava jet m6. There are three ways to operate the Braava jet m6: manually by pressing the Clean button on top of the robot, through the iRobot Home App on your smart device, or with voice compatibility through Google Assistant and Alexa enabled devices.
A:AnswerYou can do it with both your IPhone app as well as Alexa (Also advertised to be compatible with Home). With the Alexa, you tell her to open IRobot Home and she’ll tell you how to start your mop/vacuum
A:AnswerThere are several settings that would dictate this answer. You can adjust the amount spray that comes out with each squirt, and you can adjust how many passes it takes to clean the room. On the lowest 2 settings (little spray with fewer passes) I can mop my house on a single tank. (1700 sqft). These setting are perfect for everyday mopping
A:AnswerHello Carol,
i6, i7, i8, s9, or j7 are all compatible with the Braava, and the Imprint Smart mapping technology and these robots allow for m6 to retrieve the already saved smart maps.
