- Answer You'll want to use any Roomba in the country where it was purchased in order not to void the warranty. It's available in Europe, though.

- Answer The Roomba 690 weights 7.8 pounds. All Roombas - except for i Series and Clean Base - will work with dual voltage. In case it's applicable, please know we don't recommend customers take the robot from the region in which it is intended as that voids the warranty.

QuestionOur roomba bin door broke off and was accidentally thrown away. Is it ok to use roomba without the bin door? Only way to replace is to fully replace bin, but it’s just the small piece that has broken.

- Answer Hi Alfred, I have had to replace item's on Roomba over the years. I Call Roomba, they have the best customer service ask then. If you have to buy that item the price will be the best. Lower than amazon and e-bay Plus free shipping. I hope this helps you.

- Answer Most definitely. On hardwood or carpet. Picks up all sorts of pellets! I have two dogs, a cat, rabbit and birds. Takes care of the seeds and the fur.
