The app works the same on both my phone and tablet, as long as you can install the app on your tablet you should be fine! But I'm not sure about manually directing it, can't drive it like some others but you can use the buttons on top. The app gives you a nice map when done cleaning to see how it did, on tablet too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as you can install the iRobot HOME app on your tablet, then you can control it. You may want to try installing the app before you purchase to see if it lets you get to the add a Robot part of the app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can only speak for iOS but an iPad can run the same software as the iPhone so it should work in that case.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should work on a tablet. In our case it works on iPhone and on iPad
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as you have wi-fi capabilities on tablet I wouldn't see a problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as you can download the app I don’t think you’d have a problem running it from your tablet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The app is actually designed for a smartphone, and I'm afraid we don't currently have a tablet version. The tablet experience varies depending on the OS and device, and some work better than others. Basically, the technology will work but the experience isn't optimized for the tablet. While the app allows you to do things like schedule cleanings, set preferences or check your robot's status, it isn't required to use the Roomba. You can simply press the Clean button, and your Roomba will start and complete its mission.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as your tablet is an Apple or Android device, it should work as long as you download the app and connect over WiFi. Here is an excerpt from the iRobot site: "The iRobot HOME App is designed for use on iOS devices running OS 10 or higher and Android devices running OS 5.0 or higher. It is not compatible with desktop operating systems, Windows Mobile OS or Kindle tablets/Fire OS. The iRobot HOME App has not been tested for use with third party home automation apps."
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, then yes your tablet should be able to schedule. To find out for sure, just search for the iRobot app from your app store on your tablet. It's a free download.
