• Hello, yes, you can the mop on a vinyl plank floor. On vinyl plank floors, the area it mops over is completely dry within 5 minutes or so.

• Yes & not wet at all. You can see a sheen on the floor, but there is little to no residue and the floor is left 99% dry.
