How does the filter work? Is it washable? null

The filter itself can not be washed, you have have to clean it dry. But the debris bin can be cleaned with water. The room a also comes with a extra filter.

The Roomba i3 uses a High-Efficiency Filter that traps 99% of cat and dog allergens. While the bin on a Roomba i3 is washable, it is not recommended to wash the filter itself. Water can damage the filter element so it is best to remove the filter and simply tap it on the side of a trash can to remove excess dust and debris. Filters are recommended to be changed every 2-3 months.
