• All current Roombas (including your i7+) are compatible with Android and IOS systems. You can also start or stop your Roomba with a voice command using either Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

• I use iPhone, but the WiFi user guide says there is an Android app. Not sure about other models but the i7 should work with Android.

• The Roomba has an app that you use to program it. I use the Android app which works very well. I believe there is an app for the iPhone as well.

• The Roomba works with android, but not with socks. If you have socks on the floor, don’t buy a robot vacuum!
