Pet hair is gone! And for carpets it’s more quiet than when on hard floors. It cleans whatever it does it all from experience of watching mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's an excellent robot for hair or fur. Only Roomba has dual cleaning brushes, which are best for fine debris like pet hair. The suction power and agitation are excellent on carpet, too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes we have all hardwood with rugs throughout and have a boxadore (yellow lab boxer) and she sheds terribly. The 960 would clean but i had to be home to empty the bin several times to get the entire house. The i7 empties itself and does great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have a black lab and this i7 works amazingly well! We also have a different model of IRobot on our top floor. The i7 is quiet and works well on hard surfaces as well as carpets.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s great for dog hair. We have a Golden Retriever That sheds worse Than any dog we’ve ever had. He molts!! The vaccine does great returns to the base to dump several times during one session of vacuuming. Quieter than the previous iRobot. The carpets may be an issue if the are too plush. We replaced a carpet that it kept getting stopped on almost every trip out. Replacing the carpet was the right thing to do as now we don’t think of vacuuming and emptying the bin very often. Every couple of days we clear the long hair wrapped around the rollers. Also the bag in the base holds way more dirt and hair than you can even imagine. Great purchase!!!’
