“How does this irobot Roomba clean as far as cleaning patterns?”

• It's a systemic pattern - back and forth in straight lines. It seems to change the straight line pattern 90 degrees each time it runs.

• It is actually very intuitive. It doesn't go all crazy like the patterns from early robot vacuums. This Roomba takes time to map your floors and furniture. Then it remembers that and subsequent cleanings are significantly faster. Especially since you can divide up your rooms and clean only the rooms you want, instead of the entire area.

• It does not clean by patterns. I actually maps out the rooms and cleans more efficiently each time. the more it works the more efficient it gets.

• If you go to YouTube and watch some reviews it’s very accurate to what they say. It’s a back and forth type pattern. It works well and does a small bit of overlapping.
