Will this work on a 2006 Lexus SC430? null

If your Lexus stereo has an audio input labeled “AUX IN”, then yes it will work. That is presuming that this AUX IN audio input is also intact and functioning correctly with the rest of the stereo.

This will work on any radio/vehicle that has a standard 3.5mm auxiliary input jack.
