QuestionI spent $34 on BluJax and have had it for 3 weeks. I turn it off every time I exit the vehicle. Today I shut my Jeep off and the lights on the device shut off (not normal) and the music stopped. Now it doesn’t work at all. Any suggestions?

QuestionMy car already has Bluetooth. To listen to music from my phone, I am required to plug in a wired connecton. Will this device allow me to connect without having to use a cord? My car is a 2011 Buick Enclave.

- Answer I have had the same problem. Unpair your device and keep unpaired over night of you can. Leave it plugged in and in the morning, repair and turn on. How that helps

- Answer I had the same problem. You have to take the charger out. For some reason it doesn't work with the charger still plugged in.

- Answer You will need to turn it on. It will only function as a Bluetooth speaker would. The music will drop out with a call.

QuestionI turn it on, then the chime cuts off & the red/blue flashes slowly - not fast like it's ready to connect. It sits there flashing until it decides it's done and shuts off. I try again and it's fine. Any ideas? (2018 edition)

- Answer No Bluetooth capability on the iPod Classic. It will not work, you need the Fm transmitter with an aux cord hookup to connect the iPod Classic.

- Answer This product will not control your device via Bluetooth. The volume can be adjusted on the output device (example: your phone) and on the input device (example: car radio). I set the volume on max on my phone and just use the car stereo volume knob as the main volume knob.

QuestionIf I plug this into the rca jack in the ves system in my 05 dodge durango will my daughters bluetooth headphones let them hear the movies while we listen to the radio? If not what do you recommend I get because I cant find RF wireless headphones anywhere.

- Answer Your radio/amp/headunit, would need to be able to process 2 inputs and 2 outputs (it would need to support RF) in order to listen to your radio but still play and hear in car video. Once you determine that, you can find the solution
