QuestionIs there a way to increase the volume on this iSimple unit? I need to have the volume on both my iPhone and my vehicle radio at their highest levels to hear music and podcasts. I can listen to the radio at 8, but needs to be at 40 on bluetooth.

- Answer I'd double check your antenna connections and your phone's volume output level. On my phone it sounds like garbage at 100% but great at about 80%.

QuestionI got this the one with Mic and green button you press and I know I have to have it on certain am or fm radio station and cantvremember which. My new lg g6 pairs with it but can't find station to use. Please help

- Answer The default setting is 98.1. If that does not work, you can download the TranzIt Blue HF app to your phone and set the interrupt frequency for any station you would like (we recommend using your favorite radio station).

QuestionI have this in my work truck and when I got my phone replaced it refuses to allow my phone to connect. I disconnected my old phone but it still just says unsuccessful. Is there anyway to restart it or anything to allow a new phone?

- Answer I have some issues with this as well and ours is new, and installed by Best Buy technicians. What I have found is that if I do the following (since we have 6 family members in our home with phones), it seems to work: 1. Turn your phone's bluetooth on; 2. Hold down the phone button on the device installed in your car for a few seconds while your watching your phone's bluetooth connections; 3. When the name of this device pops up, click on it. What I think is happening is that if you don't hold down that button with the phone image on it on the device for about 5 seconds, it won't find the new device to connect.

- Answer If you are looking strictly for streaming audio rather than streaming and hands free, I suggest using the ISFM23 instead.

QuestionJust had this installed at Best Buy and now all the FM stations (except 3) are complete static. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how was it resolved?

- Answer I had this happen to me, I took it back to Best Buy and they changed a wire (after trying other things) and the new wire fixed it.

- Answer I think if you hold the phone button (the round button that came with the Tranzit Blu) for 6 seconds, it will allow you to repair or pair another device. Do you have the Isimple Tranzit Blu app?

QuestionI bought a car with this already installed. When connecting a phone, the title of it is Bens Bluetooth. I want to change the title. I can’t do it in my phones Bluetooth settings. Is there a way to do it? I don’t see a way in the isimple app either.

QuestionI'm planning on fitting this to a 2011 - Porsche 997 C4s. The car already has Bluetooth Phone Pairing within the Porsche PCM System. Can I use this just for Streaming music from Spotify on my Iphone and continue to use the cars own BT for calls?

- Answer BT can only pair to one device at a time. Phone call quality is not bad from this device on either end. One thing to note, is you will need an antenna adapter to go from what your 997 uses to the Tranzit. BB might have one in stock in their car stereo department. Another option is to use your car's MOST Bus/Ring. Since you have PCM I'm guessing you have a CD Changer. If you wish to research more head over to Planet9 Porsche. The 987 area has a great deal of info. Both options require a decent amount of wiring to get them running, but you will get much better sound quality using the MOST setup. I used the Tranzit since my CDR24 does not have the CD Changer option enabled in it. Good luck!
