“I need to download the driver to make the JCD533 work with my computer. However, on the JCD Website, there is no driver for the 533 model, only the 543. Are the drivers the same? In other words, if I download the 543 drivers, will it work for the 533?”

• The JCD533 device is a Plug n Play, no drivers are needed. However, computers must support "DisplayPort Mode" and "Power Delivery" for the Dock to function correctly. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device.
