Yes, the Samsung galaxy s22 ultra supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and will work on the USB-C 4K HDMI Docking Station with Power Delivery. Once you have your phone connected to the Dock via USB-C host and an HDMI to a display, you should see DeX mode pop up on your phones screen.
