In order for the Lenovo ThinkVision M14 to work it requires that you connect the monitor to a USB Type-C port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0 over USB Type-C. The USB Type-C port on the JCD543 only supports Data Transfer over USB Type-C, so unfortunately you will not be able to connect this monitor to the JCD543.
