QuestionHow do I get this adapter to work with my MacBook Air and LG monitors? The adapter works on my windows laptop for work, but I cannot get it to function on my personal MacBook Air. The laptop seems as if it’s not even reading that the adapter is attached.

QuestionI'm using two 32" TVs. They are both new, same make/model TVs, however only one will properly display the desired resolution, regardless of configuration. Will this adaptor not support both? (I have already installed the latest driver.)

- Answer The USB-C to Dual HDMI Multi-Monitor Adapter does not require DP Alt Mode. However, it does require an installation of a driver and depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply. Please make sure you have full admin rights to complete the installation process.
