Doesn’t matter you could get home to call, they don’t answer their published phone number. I tried calling 8 times in 3 days; no rings straight to busy signal. Hope you solved your issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First, make sure the j5create device is directly connected to your computer and your monitor is connected to the j5create device. Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy, select the Privacy tab. There should be an extension called "DJTVirtualDisplayAgent". Uncheck and re-check the box beside it and then disconnect and reconnect your j5create device from your computer. if “DJTVirtualDisplayAgent” is not there that is a sign that our driver may have been blocked during installation. Please go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General tab. Towards the bottom do you see a message that might say "System Software was blocked from loading" ? You should see “Magic Control Technology”, “USB Display Driver”, please allow. Note: Once they are installed and you connect the device do you see the black monitor icon in the top right corner near the wifi icon? You should see “USB Display Device”. Please click the “Activate USB Display” button in the bottom right corner. ** If you require further assistance; please contact the j5create Technical Support team and they will be glad to further assist you. Their information can be found on our website under the "Support" tab. Thank you.
