There are two different models and one has the power supply included and the other does not. The JCD543 does not have the charger/power supply and the JCD543P does include the power adapter. ** Feel free to contact the Technical Support team mentioned on the packaging for further assistance or if you have any other questions and someone will be glad to assist you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no power supply in the package. It's a pass through. You use the laptops power block. I think you could use a type-C cable to power it if you don't want to use your laptop's.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it does not come with its own power supply, although the write-up on-line seems to indicate that it does.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! It does not come with a power supply, but any OEM Type C power supply for your computer system should work as long as your computer's Type C ports also allow for power delivery! Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This dock model specifically does not come with a power supply. However, the dock does support pass-through charging of your laptop over the same cable it uses for data (video, port replicator, etc), so only one cable needs to connect to your laptop for data and charging (usb-c port), assuming your laptop supports charging via its USB-C port. To enable this, just plug your laptop charger or an aftermarket charger with sufficient wattage in to the dock's own USB-C port labeled "Power In". Then connect your laptop via the single main connecting cable as you normally would, and it should register as plugged in to power. If you connect your laptop to the dock first, and then plug in the power cable to the dock, the laptop (at least my laptop) doesn't recognize that the dock has become a charging source. You need to plug the laptop in to the dock after the dock is already connected to power. The dock says it supports 100w charging, which probably means it will take up to a 95W-100W power brick as a source. Just as an FYI, my own laptop, a Dell XPS 13 9310, came with a 45W charger. When I plugged it into the dock for pass-through charging to the laptop, the laptop reported that it was an underpowered charger and that it would result in slow charging. I had an aftermarket 65W charger I got from Best Buy (Insignia, I think) and plugged it in, and did not get the message. So the dock, when plugged in, is taking some of the wattage for itself before passing it on to laptop. So moral of story is that you can use your factory charger to enable the dock to do pass-through charging, but assuming that factory charger was sized specifically for your laptop, you're probably better off taking that charger on the road with you in your bag, and using an aftermarket higher wattage charger (65-90W) to drive the dock+laptop.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No power supply included but also not required. Device is BUS powered so USB-C powers entire unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Can i use this for my home PC not laptop, do i something to change from USB C TO USB ? I purchased the JCD381
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no power supply included. Just a fair warning. The docking station had issues with a 3 monitor setup. 2 of the 3 displays would go black after a few mins. I had to buy a usbc power supply and plugged it into the dock, I experienced no more problems after.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just use the power supply from my laptop
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No there is no power cord. You use the power cord from your MacBook!!!
