Open your phone setting chose networks then bluetooth. Toggle on.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Put both earbuds in your ears and hold each button down for about 3 seconds. That will put the earbuds in pairing mode and the earbuds will tell you to "go to the Bluetooth menu of your mobile device and select the Jabra product from the list."
