Once you turn on the headphones for the first time you’ll simply need to go to the Bluetooth menu under settings in your iPhone and choose to connect to the headphones which will appear under available connections

Next, put the Jabra Elite 65e into pairing mode - starting with the unit turned OFF, press and hold the multi-function button until you hear the pairing instructions in the headset ("To connect, go to the Bluetooth menu on your mobile device and select the Jabra product from the list").
