- Answer It works great on my HP laptop with both Skype and Microsoft Teams. Can't speak to Dell and Zoom - but I would expect no issue. PS - very happy with 85T performance (calls/conference/music)!

- Answer The actual rating I am unsure but I have use the noise cancellation at concerts and movies with 0 issue, its like an actual pair of earbuds aside from the occasional mic crackle due to peaking. I would expect these to perform pretty well at a race.

- Answer This is not accurate for the Jabra Elite 85t. Mono mode only works for the Right earbud. The left earbud uses some kind of secure wireless technology (not Bluetooth) to connect to the right earbud so it cannot be used independent of the right earbud.
