- Answer No These are a God send! For $799.00, if they don't work for you, let someone else try them. I hate Apple, but the software with these buds is fantastic. They are worth every penny you pay for them. I paid $6000.00 for professional hearing aids; these are way better. You can talk on your phone, what a bonus. George M

- Answer I am honestly not sure. I have mild to moderate hearing loss and they worked ok for me. I could not get them adjusted. I could hear my own voice like I had plugged my fingers in my ears and chewing. I ended up sending them back.

- Answer Hello Dj, thank you for your question. Due to the in-ear wearing style of the earbuds, your sound experience may be affected by bone conduction. Bone conduction is the transfer of sound to the inner ear primarily through the bones of the skull. You may hear the vibrations of your own voice or chewing. This is known as the occlusion effect. Most people will adapt to this in time. If it continues to be bothersome, try the vented EarGels. To get the most accurate hearing enhancement, it is important to complete the personalization process using the closed EarGels.

- Answer Your iPhone with the Jabra app installed will let you control the volume and mode (Adaptive, Focus, Surround) of the earbuds. Also, any sound from your iPhone will appear in your earbuds. For all this the iPhone needs to be close (Within Blue Tooth range) As hearing aids, once adjusted, the iPhone needs not to be nearby to hear speech, TVs, etc, and can be adjusted for volume by pressing the up and down buttons on the right and left ear buds respectively.

However, people with tinnitus occasionally find relief from amplification. Jabra Enhance Plus earbuds can also be used in conjunction the ReSound Relief app to stream sounds that mask the ringing noise caused by tinnitus. For sudden onset or worsening of tinnitus symptoms, please consult with a hearing healthcare provider.

- Answer Hello wrenwren8- The Jabra Enhance Plus is only compatible with Apple iPhones. As such, if you do not have an iPhone, you will not be able to use the Enhance Plus.

- Answer Hello MS - You can pair the Jabra Enhance Plus with an iPad or an iPhone. However, you can only connect to one iOS device at a time. To pair the earbuds with an iOS device, navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices. The Jabra Enhance Plus is optimized for use with mobile phones and has been certified under the Made For iPhone (MFi) hearing devices program. The earbuds do not utilize Bluetooth Classic and cannot be connected to Bluetooth compatible televisions or computers.

- Answer Hello Bill- The Jabra Enhance Plus is currently only compatible with Apple iPhones. As such, the Jabra Enhance App is only available for download from Apple's App Store.

QuestionWill any Jabra enhance aids receive TV SIGNALS from a transmitter. That is send the sound directly to the aids? I have an OTICON TV ADAPTER that plugs into the TV earphone plug and then wirelessly sends the sound to my lost aids.
