What do I do if they become plugged with ear wax ? null

My left hearing aid stopped working this week. I have worn hearing aids for six yrs and just got the Jabra Enhance 500. I have only had them a month so was very concerned. They were fully charged and nothing seemed to make it better. I received an email from the company and decided to watch some of their videos. After changing the dome on my left aid, I could hear just fine. The interesting thing was tapping the aid didn’t register any sound. Until I put on a new dome. Very different from my last hearing aids. Good lesson.
