A:AnswerNot sure if you already have had your question answered or not but if your device has bluetooth you should be able to turn on bluetooth then Hold the Middle bar between the volume up and down for about 1-2 seconds itll start blinking blue and itll make a bloop noise a few times and right after that noise you will then be able to find it in bluetooth devices and connect. Hold for 1-2 seconds to turn on and connect Hold for 2-3 to run off once for volume up and down buttons and 1-2 on volume up and down buttons to skip tracks and middle bar button quick press for play and pause.
A:AnswerIf you have paired it with another device it causes an conflict and won’t connect to either device most of the time. I had the same thing happen to me until I deleted the speaker off my phone. Problem solved, I then tested the speaker again by pairing it with another device and tried reconnecting it to either device and it wouldn’t pair.
Hope this helps.

A:AnswerNo, you're doing nothing wrong. The plug is insanely difficult to pull out. It does get a little easier the more you use it.
I suspect it is that tight to preserve its water resistance.
A:AnswerYes it does and will connect to the first one it finds when you turn it on. So need to make sure you have the correct phone you want when turning it on.
