You can buy ear buds of different sizes for cheap and in bulk on line in case you lose one (lol). I almost always have to change mines out. check online for the manual on their site.

When I first purchased the head phones I placed a hat or scarf on to insure my headphones did not move, but it was not necessary, they fit perfectly. That's why I chose the Jam headphones

Then turn on and have your phone find the Bluetooth pairing it should automatically connect to new or other device. You get other earbuds with purchase they are included in the package, As far as I know all earbuds run about the same size, but maybe there are smaller ones included in the extra ones.
