QuestionI noticed that while the speaker is not playing music for about 10 - 20 minutes, but it is powered on (and plugged in, at times), it automatically turns off - and thus unpairs with my device. Why does it do this? Is there a setting that I'm unaware of?

QuestionHave the JAM Rave Plus Speaker, Model hx-p215. Have had it for about 4 - 6 weeks max and Geek Squad installed it for us. Worked fine until a few days ago. Whenwe turn it on now, says charging, pairing then nothing. Says not plugged in but it is! ACH!!

- Answer Yes. You connect to the speaker via Bluetooth. As long as you have music downloaded to your device, you can play music without WiFi.

- Answer Once the red dot goes away, the speaker should be fully charged.
