Yes there are problems with the touch interface and you can put it in sleep mode via web app. Have you read the user guide?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can. As a matter of fact, that's pretty much the only way I use to put mine to sleep. In the upper right hand corner, the is a band icon. Click on that and you will reach the location to enter the sleep mode. That's pretty much the only negative that I have experienced is the double-tap feature has almost never intentionally worked. Funny thing is that the tapping works more accidentally than intentionally.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You must use the band to put into sleep mode. The sensitivity of the quickness of the double tap appears to be the biggest issue with getting my band ready to move in or out of sleep mode. Once you get the speed of the double tap down, it has been pretty consistent for me. Hope this helps.

Please try again later.Yes, in the app on the main screen, swipe to the left, you will see options to put your device in sleep mode, stopwatch mode, as well as set smart alarms, idle alerts, activity alerts and reminders. You will turn off the sleep mode the same way when you wake up.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The phone can be used to manually enter any and all info except steps taken, which it registers all the time no matter what. The touch screen is sensitive in some cases but in whole it's not what I'd call an issue.
