• It's a purple app icon. Just type UP2 in your App Store and it should come up.

• Best buy downloaded the app. Right to my phone at the store. I also linked it to my fitness pal app to track my food.

• You can search jawbone in whichever app store you're using. It will be the purple app!

• if you go to the APP store & under details to get more info, youll see where the one app clearly states its not compatible with the Up2..so itll be easy to find

• There is a new APP (purple UP) that is required for the new collection of UP bands.

• There is specific App in App store for UP2 and is free download. Just type jawbone in to browser for directions.
