• Probably a large. Go to the Jawbone website and they give suggested wrist measurements for each size.

• The sizing chart told me I was at the top end of a medium. I am so glad I bought a large. I am 5ft 10in and weigh 180 lbs and the large is perfect for me.

• There is a size chart on the Jawbone website. I believe for an 8" wrist you would buy the large.

• I went into a local Best Buy store and used the size gauge on the package to verify the correct size, then ordered it on sale online.
