“Hello, both of my dumbbells are fully charged, turn on, and allow me to select a weight. I can hear the metal rod slide out but then it automatically slides back in and does not lock out any weights. I have reset them as well. Any suggestions?”

• Same problem here, but this happens with just one of the dumbbells. The other one is working fine. The issue is with the dumbbell, not with the base. Will reach customer support and let you know in case there is a way to fix it.
