• I’ve had no problem with it at all with them staying in my ear while I’m running on the treadmill at full incline – just make sure that you use the included earbud fittings to use the set that best fits your ears to hold them securely in place.

• Yes, these will definitely stay in your ears! I have run many miles and bikes for even more without any issue of these coming loose. They come with several different "fins" and end pieces which you can use to custom fit them to your ear. You will feel very secure with them once you decide which setup is most comfortable for you.
