The marshmallow earbuds are the most comfortable! I wear them all the time - but especially appreciate them if lying down and turn my head against the pillow - you don't even realize they are in your ear!

Some people prefer the silicone if they need to be able to hear outside noise more clearly or if they find the foam uncomfortable, though most people find the foam more comfortable anyway.

The foam ones are decent and I'd say their like a higher quality version of the foam in iPod headphones. The foam fits to your ear when you put it in just like the silicone. I'd describe it as when putting in an ear plug.
