A:AnswerThe remote does not come with any bass control, but the bass can be adjusted via the link bar's Android interface. You'll have to search for it in the Android settings. This is also the only way to change preset sound modes such as, Movie, Music, Voice, and Standard.
A:AnswerMine doesn't have a number strictly JNL LINK BAR has Google assistance and Chromecast and wifi. The Sub woofer will ONLY work with a link bar. ON THE LINK BAR THERE IS A separate button for pairing the subwoofer, the Bluetooth on top will not achieve this .I contacted Job for help and downloaded the manual.I had a difficult time getting it to work still don't use the remote but otherwise impressed with the system excellent sound.I have a Yamaha and Bose, energy system for music. but the Jbl subwoofer only works with a link bar not any other Jbl bar

A:AnswerHo appena acquistato una JBL link bar per accoppiarla ad un subwofer proveniente da una JBL Bar 5.1 e purtroppo la connessione non va a buon fine. Penso che valga lo stesso per JBL Bar 3.1.
A:AnswerJBL SW10 can only be connected with our JBL Link Bar. Our JBL soundbars and subwoofer system are standalone units and are not compatible to have added subwoofers.
A:AnswerThere no news for updates with our JBL SW10. Firmware updates will be available in the Manuals and Downloads section of the product on our page. If you need assistance with troubleshooting, please reach out to our Customer Support.
