- Answer You cant, i called jbl, explained my question and the transferred me to a an expert there and he proceeded to explain everything. Im pretty sure you cant just turn yours off and hook another one up either. Thats why the speakers will never blow and why its designed to play at 100 with sub lvl 5 and sound amazing. Dont break yoyr sub

QuestionWith the soundbar hooked to the tv can I still watch content from my pc on the tv with surround sound?

- Answer Yes, after hooking the sound bar and tv together you will now plug everything into the back of the jbl soundbar. Make sure digital audio output on the tv settings is at"passthrough" You get the audio that way. The sound bar send raw audio to the tv so the tv can encode it how its suppose to be. The sound then focuses on video and sound matching voices without a millisecond off.

QuestionMy speaker goes out every 10 mins and showed a 1, 2, 3, in a vertical pattern with a circle around it. Idk how to make this stop

- Answer Not really sure? I haven't had any issues. I assume you are asking about the rear speakers? Have you tried to re-pair the speakers? Another question, how far are they from the sound bar? Did you go through the test tone process?

QuestionDoes it have Eq or listening modes? The jbl 9.1 only had 2 modes which made me return it. Even low end bars have multiple sound modes?

QuestionI’ve had trouble with the Bluetooth on the 1300x going from TV to Bluetooth and sounds absolutely awful with static. Will fix itself when cutting off the bar. Really frustrating with spending that money and not working correct.

- Answer Thanks for bringing this to our attention. For a more reliable connection, it is advisable to utilize either an HDMI or optical link when linking our JBL 1300X to a television.

- Answer They are Bluetooth so you can but within reason. BT ranges are usually 20-30ft

QuestionWhy is it every time when you attach the detachable speakers on the sound bar the middle sound bar you can’t hear sound only from the side speakers and when you take the side speakers off then you can hear from the middle speaker

QuestionI've had my JBL Bar 1300x for two days and it was working fine at first but tonight the bar (not subwoofer, not rear speakers) was crackling when I turned it on. It stopped when muted but immediately started cracking when unmuted. Attached to tv w/ hdmi

- Answer I would check all your connections, and if it was still happening, I would swap for another HDMI cable.
