Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Charge 5, the static noise from the speaker could be due to interference with other wireless signals. Please ensure a clear line of sight between the speaker and the source and shut down unused Bluetooth products nearby. Verify if the issue continues across different music applications and devices. You can also try resetting our JBL Charge 5 by pressing and holding the Volume + together with Play/Pause button for 3 seconds while the speaker is powered on. The speaker will then turn off and reboot to factory default. If the issue continues, please reach out to our customer support team for more assistance.
