If the update doesn't complete successfully: Completely remove the JBL Portable App from your device and then reinstall it. Try updating the firmware once more. If it still doesn't work, you'll need to reset your device to its factory settings (Turn on the speaker. Press and hold "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds.
